Drake and Milestone Communications, Inc. have provided cable brokerage, consulting, system management and investment banking services to the cable communications industry.  Mr. Drake through an affiliated entity is a former multiple-system owner and operator that provided service to over 12,000 subscribers in six eastern states.  Mr. Drake is also a former board member and treasurer of the American Cable Association (ACA) and a recent inductee into the Cable Television Pioneers.

Recently Roxanne Y. Criswell joined the Company as an associate.  For over 20 years, Ms. Criswell has passionately served the cable communications industry.  Her experience includes sales and marketing for several large or developing MSO’s and former ownership and management of family-owned cable television systems in Pennsylvania and New York.
